Dear Hillcrest Bay Homeowner,
Thank you for those that attended the Annual Meeting on September 22, 2018. It was nice to see you all there! If you missed it, we hope you can plan on next year. As mentioned, our website can provide a lot of information.
The last bad monsoon damaged a lot of properties and we found that we did not have current information on our members. The Board is hoping that you would provide us with an update on your information. All though our website will post most upcoming events, emergency awareness, board meetings, large dumpster drops, and upcoming cleanup days, the only way we can communicate to you is to have accurate information on file.
We periodically use the La Paz County records for verification of ownership. You should confirm that your information is recorded correctly with the county.
For Hillcrest Bay Homeowners Association, please update your information by completing and returning the Ownership Information Form.
HBI needs 51% of the membership to vote on this project. If a quorum is not achieved then this project dies and we continue to drive on roads that will eventually need some significant repairs and be more expensive in the future.
Hillcrest Bay Homeowners Association is focused on making all our lives easier by introducing Chase Quick Pay with Zelle. It’s a fast, easy and convenient way to send money from your bank. If you bank with some of the smaller institutions or credit unions you can visit zellepay.com for more options. Most major banks use the Zelle process to send funds.
How do I start? Enrollment is simple and secure. Speak with your local bank and request it to be set up. Most major banks such as US Bank, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo provide this service.
