2nd Water Outage Friday June 12th starting at 9 AM
Unfortunately, todays repair developed a secondary leak in the aged plumbing. The system will need to be shut down again tomorrow - Friday June 12th, 2026. The system will again be drained at 9 AM, and service should be restored by mid to late afternoon. Your patience and understanding is appreciated. The HOA Board has been trying to engage with the water management company and the water company owners for months seeking repairs and upgrades to the system to make service more reliable.

The Hillcrest Bay H.O.A. 2026-2027 Annual Dues:

$20.00 as allowed per the CC&R’s Page 5, Section C (iii)
Effective 7/1/2026 the Annual Dues will be $420.00 per Lot. This will allow proper upkeep of our community, necessary capital improvements to be made, and savings for the future.

2026 Board Election Notice & Request for Candidates:
This year 3 seats are open and up for election on the Board of Directors. All owners in good standing are eligible to run for a seat on the Board. One owner per lot. The term of each seat is 2 years. There are 4 Board Meetings required each year, plus the Annual Meeting. If you would like to run for an open seat, please fill out and return a Candidacy Form no later than 10:00 A.M. on July 31st, 2026.
