The vote for the street maintenance contract was passed by a vote of the owners. The required quorum of 20% was achieved with the receipt of 93 ballots. The count was 89 ballots in favor of YES moving forward with street improvements and 4 voted NO.
We are on the contractor’s calendar to begin the street improvements sometime during the week of 5/21 as he is finishing up a local job in Lake Havasu City. As soon as we have a hard start date we will post a schedule of road closures so that this can be an organized process. The work will begin at Hillcrest Drive as he will be concreting the drainage culvert first. We will constantly update the website (HILLCRESTBAY.COM) as well as post signs near the mailboxes and at every street.
Homeowners need to be conscious that we are working around the Memorial Day Holiday, but there will be no work during the Holiday Week-End, which includes Monday 5/31.
If you need to move any vehicles; i.e. boats, RV’s, etc., they can be parked at the 72 hour lot at this time.

The 2021-2022 Annual Dues for Hillcrest Bay will be $360.00 per Lot. The Annual Dues will be mailed on July 1st and must be paid no later than July 30, 2021.
