We wanted to remind everyone that street resurfacing will begin Monday 10/26/2026. Pre-plan to be aware, drive slowly and safely and keep the streets clear for the necessary sweeping, asphalt repairs and seal coat.

Please be advised that the Board of Directors has decided not to provide an annual dumpster service this year.
For large items or bulk waste disposal residents are encouraged to use local options, such as the Parker Transfer Station / Landfill.

The Hillcrest Bay H.O.A. 2026-2027 Annual Dues
have been raised
$20.00 as allowed per the CC&R’s Page 5, Section C (iii)
Effective 7/1/2026 the Annual Dues will be $420.00 per Lot. This will allow proper upkeep of our community, necessary capital improvements to be made, and savings for the future.
