The annual meeting serves to address the “big-picture issues” of the HOA – the board will present the annual budget, new board members will be elected, and status update on any upcoming capital projects will be announced.
Looking for members who are willing to be active in their governance roles. Each member elected serves a two-year term. Regular meetings of the Board of Directors are held not less than nine times per elected year.
A credit equal to one years dues for one lot will be issued for each elected or appointed year you serve. The credit will be issued after the annual bill.
All candidates must be present at the Annual Meeting.
The Association Board of Directors have the right to reject a vote, consent, written ballot, wavier or validity of the signatory's authority to sign for the lot owners when the authenticity is in question.
Minutes for the 2019 Annual Meeting will be ratified at the upcoming Annual Meeting.
The 2021-2022 Annual Dues for Hillcrest Bay will be $360.00 per Lot. The Annual Dues will be mailed on July 1st and must be paid no later than July 30, 2021.
